How do we navigate this crisis of meaning?
That is the question that we’ve contemplated for the past weeks. It is derived from the observation that a few years into our professional careers, we and our friends feel quite lost: We’ve worked hard to receive our degrees, gather work experience and spent time abroad but somehow the promise of a fulfilling, impactful career doesn’t seem to transpire. Instead, we wake up every morning to jobs that somehow continue to uphold what we once stood up against and notice how we are overwhelmed and stressed most of the time. We realize that we’ve stretched ourselves thin - but what for?
Based on the realization that there was no-one who prepared us for entering the workforce, we want to create tangible offers that help us navigate this time of uncertainty. This includes building community around the things we struggle with, finding a balance between our personal energy and impact, developing a tool kit to help us cope and thrive, and understanding how we can still contribute towards systemic change. All centered around empathy for ourselves and others.
While we are figuring out what exactly all of this will look like, we would like to share our journey with you.
